When you apply for Crescent, we ask you to provide information on your company, which we review against our programme criteria. Successful applicants are invited to join a call with an Adviser to review current challenges, objectives and opportunities. You are then asked to complete our Value Creation diagnostic where we ask questions on growth and current value indicators. We review this and use it to create a personalised Value Creation Report (VCR).
The last stage of the discovery process is a video call with you to review your VCR, discuss our provisional recommendations, and present how the appropriate Scaleup Programme can support your goals. Once approved, new participants go into an onboarding process which introduces you to the online resource centre and prepares you for the welcome event (face to face, Covid permitting) where you’ll introduce your company to your cohort peers.
We invest considerable time in reviewing all applications to ensure we select appropriate participants for Crescent, that the programme itself will deliver on your desired outcomes and that you’ll be matched with peers who have related challenges and business models.
