How Crescent Works

The Crescent programme is delivered over 12 months and is designed to fit the workflow of busy entrepreneurs. On-demand support that fits your schedule, combined with short, intensive workshops and dedicated sessions with an expert Lead Adviser to ensure plenty of time to embed your new learnings within your business. 



As a Crescent member, you will attend a monthly workshop dedicated to one of your core challenges, and are given an assignment designed to develop your business in that area.

Your Lead Adviser guides you through the assignment and you can draw on additional support from the Faculty and your cohort group, as well as in dedicated 1-2-1 sessions. Assignments are reviewed at the following month’s group workshop, and follow an ‘apply and embed’ methodology.
