We have been part of the Crescent programme for the past year and it has been thoroughly worthwhile. The PIE joined the Crescent programme with a goal of wanting to learn how to lead our business more strategically, and how to scale it, to make us more profitable. Our experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive and we are already seeing direct commercial results from what we have covered. I really recommend the Crescent programme to any B2B media company. My NPS Score is definitely a 10. I'm getting a huge amount out of it so far. It's really well structured, you have various different sessions during the month- a workshop, a presentation, and group discussion, individual session with your adviser. It really makes good use of your time and you get a huge amount out of it. I really, really like my lead adviser Andy, he's got loads of relevant experience, gives me really good advice, and everything he's said to me has been absolutely spot on. So it's been brilliant so far.
Crescent has been really useful, helping us to focus on delivering value to our customers. The programme helps you to look at what you’re doing, and why and how you do it. The Crescent team asks you the right questions and helps you to deliver on an action plan. It’s been absolutely invaluable to us - it’s brilliant.
